A 6,700-square-foot lot in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Victoria Park was purchased in 2015. We designed two modern, luxury townhouses with our architect and worked with the local municipality to obtain approval and permits for our construction plans.

Both units have been sold for over $800,000 each.
