Doron is an Israeli-American entrepreneur with a degree in Economics from Brandeis University in Boston and served in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) for three years. Doron has over ten years of experience in Business Consulting & Finance and fifteen year real estate development and Investment.
In 2009, Doron identified the market of distress real estate opportunities in South Florida and began buying properties focusing on single family houses and value add small multifamily buildings. In 2014, Doron formed Moderno Development Group and began developing ground-up real estate projects in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Doron has personally developed over $500 million in real estate projects in the past 10 years.
Doron has been featured and guest panelist on RealDeal, CoStar, Bisnow, Sun Sentinel, New York Post, Urban Land Institute, South Florida Business Journal and many more.
Eyal Sapir

Eyal is an Israeli-American with a BA degree in Economics and Management from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, studied Real Estate Development at Cornell University and served in the Israeli Defense Force at an elite paratroopers combat unit.
Eyal has over a decade of experience in owning and operating brick-and-mortar retail stores at shopping malls around the US and running his own e-commerce business on Amazon.
In 2018 after flipping properties in the Northeast, Eyal moved to Miami and joined Moderno Development Group. Eyal started in Moderno as a construction supervisor, project manager and recently was promoted to Development Executive.

Naiza Vaida

Naiza was born in Romania and moved to Miami in 2021, bringing an academic background in marketing and accounting to Moderno Development Group. She oversees the company’s daily operations, bookkeeping, property management, and administrative support, combining financial precision with strong organizational skills to keep the business running smoothly.
Naiza also serves as Admin Director for Children of Haiti & Refugee Projects, a non-profit organization where she leads administrative operations in support of its mission.
Hayden Carson

Hayden is a South Florida native and real estate professional with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. His academic foundation spans real estate development, finance, investment analysis, and construction management.
Over the course of his career, Hayden has built experience across multiple sectors of the industry, including multifamily development, construction management, and property operations. He has held roles with The Collier Companies, Kolter Group, and Kaufman Lynn Construction, contributing to projects across development, construction, and asset management — giving him a well-rounded perspective on the full real estate lifecycle.
As a South Florida native, Hayden takes great pride in contributing to the growth of the communities that shaped him, and is passionate about creating successful, high-quality developments that leave a lasting impact on the region.
Sonia Broman

Sonia Broman is a Brooklyn-based photographer, creative director, and the Marketing Director of Moderno Development Group. In this role, she leads the company’s content strategy and social media presence, translating Moderno’s developments into compelling visual stories that connect with buyers, investors, and communities.
Drawing on her background in photography, film, and spatial design, Sonia brings a distinct creative lens to real estate marketing, crafting content that captures not just the architecture, but the lifestyle and energy of each property. Her eye for immersive storytelling gives Moderno’s brand a voice that stands apart in a competitive market.
With a Master’s in Fashion Photography from SVA and brand collaborations with Nike, Apple, Calvin Klein, and Aston Martin and features in Vogue and Highsnobiety Sonia brings world-class creative credibility to every project she leads.
Renate Giordano

Renate brings 10 years of experience in the Property Management field. She began her career working in a student housing project, followed by a brand-new 400 unit lease up and then moved to Miami area where she worked for three different luxury apartment communities.
Before joining Moderno as Property director of Rivr Lofts in September 2024, she was a Property Director for AMLI.
Renate graduated with a bachelor’s degree from UNC in 2016.
