Art Lofts is a $150 million multifamily development project with approximately 290 apartment units in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project will include a workforce housing component of 72 units. The project is designed as one 27-story residential tower with an emphasis on incorporating an artistic concept.

Construction is planned to begin in the third quarter of 2025.
