A 10,000-square-foot lot located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Flagler Village was purchased in 2014. We designed five urban townhouses and worked with the local municipality to obtain approval and permits for our construction plans (DRT/DRC/P&Z).

After successfully obtaining the permits, we sold the complete untitled project to TAHO Investments in 2016.
