Product Focused: Moderno specializes in the development of high rise multi family apartment buildings, workforce housing and urban townhouses.

Design: All our projects emphasize a strong modern and urban design. Moderno incorporates in its projects street art, industrial look and a modern creative style.

Moderno Value Strategy: Moderno Strategy is to create Value Add through its development stages:

• locate the right land assembly opportunity

• maximizing project zoning

• modern feasible planning

• securing construction package

• supervising successful project stabilization.

Investors Return: We invest in projects based on long term economic forecasting and we carefully structure flexible long and short term exit strategies for our investors. Moderno targets a minimum of 150% return to equity or 25% IRR on all its development projects.

Personally invested: Doron Broman, Founder and CEO personally invests between 10%-30% of each project equity.

Development Team: We surround ourselves only with A Team consultants and contractors in order to develop quality products with minimum risk.
