Doron Broman

Doron is an Israeli-American entrepreneur with a degree in Economics from Brandeis University and served in the Israeli Defense Force for three years. Doron has over fifteen years of experience in in real estate development & Investment.
In 2009 Doron identified the distress opportunities in south Florida and began buying properties. In 2014 Doron formed Moderno Development Group and begin developing real estate projects in Fort Lauderdale & Miami.
Doron is also president of the Children of Haiti and Refugee Projects charity organization.
Eyal Sapir

Eyal is an Israeli-American businessman with a BA degree in Economics and Management from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo and served in the Israeli Defense Force at an elite paratroopers combat unit.
Eyal has over a decade of experience in owning and operating brick & mortar retail stores at shopping malls around the US and running his own online store at Amazon.com
In 2019 after flipping properties in the Northeast, Eyal moved to Miami and joined Moderno Development Group.
Naiza Vaida
Administrative Director naiza@modernodev.com
Naiza was burn in Romania and moved to Miami 2021. She has an academic background in marketing and accounting.
Naiza is responsible for Moderno development daily operations, book keeping, property management and administrative support.
She is also social media director for Tarpon River Entertainment & Design District and Admin Director for the Children of Haiti & Refugee Projects.
Tomer Ben David
Director of Acquisitions tomer@modernodev.com
Tomer was born in Israel, has a degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University and a certificate in real estate development from Cornell University. He also holds the rank of Lt. Colonel (Res.) in the Israeli Air Force.
For the past decade, Tomer was the CEO of a leading Israeli design company focused on luxury events and boutique hotels. Before that, Tomer worked in a financial consulting company servicing small businesses.
Tomer joined Moderno Development in 2023.
